The wait is now finally over! Skype will be making its big debut on BlackBerry 10. I must commend not only RIM for getting this great communication tool used by 100′s of millions, but also for Microsoft for allowing Skype to be on BlackBerry’s new platform. For those of you have been living under a rock, Skype is the biggest service that allows users to communicate with peers by voice using a microphone, video by using a webcam, phone, or tablet camera , and instant messaging over the Internet. BlackBerry users have been waiting for this application for a very long time. It wasn’t available to individuals that bought BlackBerry Playbooks and many were disappointed. With Skype for Blackberry 10 now available this means that the Playbook should also be getting some of that Skype action. This of course due to the fact the Blackberry has confirmed that the playbook will be getting the BlackBerry 10 OS. Stay tuned for further information on how Skype runs on BlackBerry 10.
